User account

Welcome to the GEAR-Tech-21 website! In order to keep the site secure for youth and adults, you are required to register as a user. You must register to have access to the full list of curriculum activities, to use the blogs or forums, and to access resources for leaders. Upon completing this form, your account will be active, but your access will still be limited. A GEAR-Tech-21 team member will manually activate your account and send you a personal email to notify you of expanded site access. Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Provide a password for the new account in both fields.
Account Request Details
Please provide your first and last name (for Helper accounts) or your club's name (for Club accounts).
Where are you located? (city, state)
Please indicate your reason for requesting a user account. For example: interested in project, starting a club, want to have a camp, etc. This will help us keep the site secure. The content of this field is kept private and will not be shown publicly.
User Account Type
Create one Youth Account for the youth in your club or camp to use. Youth accounts are restricted to the youth activities and youth blogs. Create a Helper Account for yourself as an adult club or camp leader. Helper Accounts have access to youth resources, helper guides, and helper blogs. Create an Expo Planning Committee Account to access committee pages.
